Boozy drinks to help you get through winter

I've got cabin fever big time. It's time to break out some favourite winter drinks to help us deal with the February blues.

Somethings improve when frozen

 Icewine is a type of dessert wine created from grapes frozen while still on the vine. Since the water in the grape has frozen into crystals, the sugars are more concentrated and when pressed create a refreshingly sweet wine that is quite potent. Others taste better with a bit of warmth

It’s known as Gløg in Sweden, Glühwein in Germany, vin chaud in France, vin brulé (burnt wine) in Italy, and grzane wino (heated wine) in Poland and Czechoslovakia. Whichever name it goes by, the key elements are always cinnamon, cloves and citrus. Mulled wine doesn't just have to be served at Christmas.  Read Mulling it Over
